Oral Turinabol is suppressive to natural testosterone and should be used in conjunction with exogenous testosterone. Men who use Oral Turinabol without exogenous testosterone will risk a low testosterone condition. Such a condition can come with a host of possible symptoms ranging from physical, mental and sexually related. However, while physical related symptoms are unlikely when steroids are being used the others are a very real possibility.
Once the use of Oral Turinabol comes to an end natural testosterone production will begin again on its own. However, natural levels will still be very low and it will take a large amount of time to recover proper or healthy levels. For this reason most men are encouraged to implement a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) plan once the use of anabolic steroids is discontinued. This will greatly speed up the recovery process and protect your lean tissue. Without a PCT plan it is possible for cortisol to become dominant for a period of time, destroy muscle tissue and promote fat gain. While a PCT plan will promote recovery, it will not return you to normal on its own. There is no PCT plan on earth that has this ability. However, a well planned PCT will speed up the process and ensure you have enough testosterone for proper bodily function while your levels continue to naturally rise.
There are a few important notes on natural recovery, the primary being that no low testosterone condition existed prior to anabolic steroid use. Further, natural recovery assumes no severe damage was done to the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular-Axis (HPTA) through improper anabolic steroid use. As a final note, women have no need to supplement with exogenous testosterone when using Oral Turinabol.
Turinabol’s chemical modification of holding a double-bond between carbons 1 and 2, as well as the 4-chloro modification, grant it with a significantly reduced androgenic strength. However, this has not eliminated Turinabol’s androgenic capabilities and although it is vastly less androgenic than most other anabolic steroids, there is still a risk with androgenic side effects (especially in those very sensitive to androgenic side effects). At lower to mid-range doses, androgenic effects should rarely be experienced due to its weakness in this department, but higher doses will elicit a greater androgenic effect, especially in females. In addition, Turinabol is indeed metabolized by the 5-alpha reductase enzyme into a stronger androgenic metabolite, but the rate of 5AR reduction that Turinabol is exposed to is known to be very minimal, and so the use of 5AR inhibitors such as Proscar, FInasteride, Dutasteride, etc. will likely not greatly reduce any androgenic activity that is resultant of Turinabol.
It should be noted that in theory if one was to consistently suppress your natural estrogen levels for a long period of time, this would negatively impact your health, including your cholesterol. Due to the ability of Letrozole- to inhibit estrogen so much, this should definitely be a concern to most users. However the research that has focused on the relationship between use of letrozole and cholesterol levels is rather inconsistent in it's findings. Many studies have concluded that the compound is detrimental to both a user's HDL and LDL cholesterol levels, while other research has found no link. Obviously individuals are best served to monitor their cholesterol while using any compound via blood tests however barring that, letrozole should simply not be run for extended periods of time if at all possible. Doing so could cause serious medical complications.
Along with the issues related to blood lipids is the fact that many users complain that their libido is dramatically reduced when using the compound. This is related to the fact that estrogen is partly responsible for the regulation of an individual's sex drive. Since Letrozole- is so potent it can often drive estrogen levels too low and this inhibits a user's libido. To avoid this users can lower dosages, but some anecdotally report that even extremely low doses of the drug can cause problems. If this is the case a less potent compound such as exemestane or anastrozole may be a more appropriate option.
